We have maintained in a recent article that: "The idea of progress, according to our opinion, has to be linked to the idea of equilibrium of the effects. Progress in the measure in which the consequences or effects of the same one are balanced in such a way that I can carry out new progresses without annulling the effects of the first one" .
Now we want to deepen in the relation between progress, therefore we find us with two evident and undoubted facts, but that at the same time they are presented like contradictory. On the one hand we have the massive accumulation of data that show the unhinging of the planetary ecosystems and the frayed of the social weaving of the so much poor as affluent nations. And by another, the anxiety and the natural tendency of the man to the progress. How arrange these two unimpeachable facts by evident?
